The Vifa Expo 2024, scheduled from February 26th to 29th, is a collaborative effort between the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ho Chi Minh City Branch, the Vietnam Building Materials Association, and the Minh Lien Fine Arts Wood Handicrafts Joint Stock Company.

This exhibition saw a remarkable turnout, with more than 600 registered businesses setting up shop in nearly 2,000 booths sprawling over a vast expanse of 36,000 square meters. Notably, the showcased enterprises comprised 61% furniture businesses, 8% handicrafts, 19% home decoration, and 12% machinery, accessories, and services.

The event also witnessed a diverse participation of 288 foreign enterprises hailing from 17 countries, alongside 300 domestic counterparts representing 22 provinces and cities of Vietnam. Countries represented include the USA, Canada, China, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, the Netherlands, UK, Denmark, France, and Australia.

This occasion serves as a platform for Vietnam’s wood and furniture sector to tackle obstacles and bounce back from a year filled with unpredictable shifts and changes.
